Information We Handle

WeMend Factory Pro may handle project titles, scripts, captions, hashtags, video files, thumbnail files, publishing manifests, schedule entries, analytics reports, and platform connection markers needed to operate the creator workflow.

Platform Account Access

When a creator connects a platform account, access tokens or OAuth credentials are used only to perform actions the creator requests, such as checking publishing readiness, privately testing an upload, publishing approved videos, or collecting analytics for improvement.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to generate project assets, run quality checks, prepare captions and manifests, schedule posts, publish approved media, and help improve future creative decisions through analytics.

Sharing

WeMend does not sell personal information. Content and account data are shared with a platform only when the creator uses an authorized integration to publish, schedule, or request platform analytics.

Storage And Security

WeMend Factory Pro is designed for creator-controlled workflows. Credentials should be kept in local environment files or approved platform authorization systems and should not be committed to public repositories or shared in chat messages.

Creator Control

Creators can disconnect platform access by removing local credentials and revoking app access from the platform account settings. Creators can also delete local project files and generated media from their own computer.
